On March 12th, 2025, the international higher education research organization Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) announced the results of the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025! Krirk University, Thailand, has been ranked in the global 51-100 range for Art and Design and is ranked 1st in Thailand and 5th in China, surpassing prestigious Chinese universities such as Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Central Academy of Fine Arts, and Peking University.

Krirk University is renowned in the field of Art and Design. In the QS World University Rankings 2023 for Art and Design, Krirk University ranked 35th in the world, 7th in Asia, and 1st in Thailand.

In recent years, Krirk University of Thailand has gained significant recognition in international rankings. At the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Higher Education Summit held in Macau in November 2024, QS announced the 2025 QS Asian University Rankings. In this event, Krirk University maintained its position in the top 150 universities in Asia out of a total of 8,000 universities for the third consecutive year. In 2025, Krirk University ranked 141st and is the 5th best university in Thailand.

The universities ranked in the top 150 in Asia are all long-established and highly reputable institutions, supported by research funding from Thailand’s Ministry of Science and Technology. Krirk University is the only private university in Thailand ranked in the top 150 of the QS Asian University Rankings, and it ranks 5th among Thai universities.
