Bangkok, Thailand – 25 February 2026 — Associate Professor Dr. Pornpan Chandrananont, President of Krirk University, participated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony at the official press conference for the launch of the “BDE Learn to Earn” project, held at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel. The initiative is spearheaded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE) to establish a centralized national platform that seamlessly integrates learning data, competency certification, and employment opportunities into a unified system.
The BDE Learn to Earn platform is designed to create a robust and sustainable “Digital Workforce Ecosystem” through collaboration among 30 partner organizations from the public sector, private sector, and higher education institutions. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring that workforce development is aligned with real-time labor market demands.
As a strategic partner, Krirk University is prepared to actively support the advancement of lifelong learning policies through its Credit Bank system, enabling individuals to accumulate academic credits from recognized institutions and continuously develop new skills through upskilling and reskilling pathways. This framework ensures flexible, inclusive, and seamless access to education for citizens at all stages of life.
The platform incorporates advanced technologies to enhance transparency and efficiency. Blockchain technology will be utilized to securely store and verify competency certificates, ensuring credibility and tamper-proof authentication. In addition, an AI-driven Job Matching system will analyze learners’ skills through their e-Portfolios and instantly connect them with relevant employment opportunities in the labor market. Participating institutions will collectively offer more than 1,000 courses, supporting a target of at least 1,000 digital-sector employment placements in the initial phase.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in aligning academic curricula with workforce requirements while reducing data fragmentation across institutions. It represents a national effort to elevate Thailand’s human capital capacity in the digital era.
Krirk University will further contribute to the national objective of training 50,000 citizens through Digital Community Centers and its extensive educational networks nationwide. The BDE Learn to Earn platform is scheduled to be officially launched for public access in the third quarter of 2026, reinforcing Thailand’s commitment to building a future-ready, technology-driven workforce.
Through this partnership, Krirk University reaffirms its role as an innovative academic institution dedicated to advancing digital transformation, expanding educational access, and strengthening sustainable economic development at both national and global levels.
