Bangkok, Thailand – 11 December 2025 — Krirk University reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening professional competencies in the public sector by co-presiding over the Certificate Presentation Ceremony for the English Training Program for
Capacity Development of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI).
The ceremony was held on Thursday, 11 December 2025, at Meeting Room 2, 8th Floor, Ratthaprasasanabhakdi Building (Building B), and was organized by the Department of Special Investigation. Certificates were presented to DSI personnel who successfully completed the intensive English training program aimed at enhancing professional communication skills.
The event was jointly presided over by Pol. Capt. Wisanu Chimtrakul, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation; Dr. John Christopher Walsh, Dean of the British International College, Krirk University; and Dr. Chanidapha Nunualvuttiwong, Assistant to the Chairman of the Executive Board for International Affairs and International Education Development and Director of the International Affairs Office, Krirk University. The distinguished representatives together presented certificates to the program participants.
The program was organized by the Special Expertise Development Section, Bureau of Special Case Development and Support, under the supervision of Ms. Yaninee Preechawit, Director of the Special Expertise Development Section, in collaboration with the DSI Change Working Group. Its primary objective was to strengthen English communication skills among DSI personnel, enabling effective use in daily life as well as in official duties, while building confidence in professional and international coordination contexts.
Conducted between 4 November and 11 December 2025, the training emphasized interactive learning and practical application. The program was delivered by experienced lecturers from the British International College, Krirk University, who closely guided participants and shared practical knowledge and professional insights in English communication.
The Department of Special Investigation highlighted that the initiative aligns with its strategic goal of enhancing personnel capacity in line with international standards of learning and communication. This preparation is essential for addressing complex special-case investigations and managing tasks increasingly connected to international dimensions.
