The Mother’s Day celebration on 11 August 2026 began with an auspicious merit-making ceremony in the morning. Participants offered dried food and other necessities to nine Buddhist monks as an act of merit-making and to receive blessings.
The celebration continued with a cultural performance presented by the Center for Arts and Culture, followed by the main commemorative ceremony. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornpan Juntaronanont, President of Krirk University, graciously presided over the ceremony. She opened the ceremonial flower cone, presented floral offerings before the royal portrait, and delivered a message expressing her profound loyalty, respect, and heartfelt well wishes.
The morning activities concluded with a group photo featuring the university’s executives, faculty members, and students, bringing the meaningful and memorable Mother’s Day celebration at Krirk University to a warm close.
