✈️ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติการบินและอวกาศ เปิดประสบการณ์โรงงานผลิตมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น เสริมทักษะอุตสาหกรรมและนวัตกรรมเพื่อต่อยอดสู่การบินระดับสากล
✨ เมื่อวันที่ 7 เมษายน 2569 นักศึกษาต่างชาติจากสาขาอุตสาหกรรมการบิน (หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษ) วิทยาลัยนานาชาติการบินและอวกาศ ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ บริษัท ซินซุย (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นโรงงานผลิตในภาคอุตสาหกรรม มาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น โดยได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นจากคุณวีระชัย สวัสดี ตัวแทนผู้บริหาร และทีมงานของบริษัท
ในการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ มี
✅ อาจารย์พิชญุตม์ เนรมิตกันทร หัวหน้าหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมการบิน และ
✅ ดร. ณัฐเรีย ชินโกยอิ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร เป็นผู้ดูแลและนำนักศึกษาออกไปทัศนศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด
🏭 ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตในระดับอุตสาหกรรม (Industrial Level Operation) ตั้งแต่การวางแผน การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการบริหารจัดการระบบการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices) ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานสำคัญที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ
✨นอกจากนี้ องค์ความรู้จากกระบวนการผลิตยังสามารถต่อยอดสู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมการบินได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านการผลิตและซ่อมแซมอากาศยาน การบริหารระบบคุณภาพ และการรักษามาตรฐานการตรวจประเมิน (Audit) ตามข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานด้านการบินระดับสากล เช่น International Civil Aviation Organization และองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
🏅อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์สำคัญของกิจกรรม คือการที่นักศึกษาได้มีส่วนร่วมในการนำเสนอไอเดียผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยมุ่งเน้นแนวคิดการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการคำนึงถึงผู้บริโภคที่หลากหลายทุกกลุ่ม ซึ่งช่วยส่งเสริมทักษะด้านนวัตกรรมและการทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างดี ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นใน 3 อันดับแรก ยังได้รับรางวัลจากทางบริษัทเพื่อเป็นกำลังใจและยกย่องความคิดสร้างสรรค์
✈️ ทั้งนี้ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติการบินและอวกาศมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษา โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้ที่ไม่จำกัดอยู่เพียงภายในห้องเรียน แต่ยังส่งเสริมการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติและการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาก้าวสู่การทำงานในระดับสากลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
✈️ International College of Aviation and Aerospace Students Explore Japanese-Standard Manufacturing to Enhance Industrial Skills and Innovation for Global Aviation
✨On April 7, 2026, international students from the Aviation Industry Program (English Program) at the International College of Aviation and Aerospace visited Sinsui (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a Japanese-standard manufacturing facility, for an industrial study tour. The students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Veerachai Sawasdee the company’s executives and staff.
On this occasion,
✅ Phitchayut Neramitkanthon, Head of the Aviation Industry Program (English Program), and
✅ Dr. Nattalie Shinkoi, a program lecturer, closely supervised and guided the students throughout the visit.
🏭 During the activity, students gained insights into industrial-level operations, including production planning, quality control, and efficient manufacturing management systems. They also learned about GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices), an important standard that can be applied across various industries.
✨Furthermore, the knowledge gained from the manufacturing processes can be directly applied to the aviation industry, such as aircraft manufacturing and maintenance, quality management systems, and maintaining audit standards in accordance with international aviation organizations, including the International Civil Aviation Organization and other related bodies.
🏅Another highlight of the visit was a student activity in which participants presented product ideas focused on sustainable production, creativity, and inclusivity for diverse consumer groups. This activity effectively enhanced their innovation and teamwork skills. The top three most creative teams were awarded prizes by the company in recognition of their outstanding ideas.
