Krirk University Establishes Strategic Partnership with HSE University Saint Petersburg, Russia

Krirk University has officially established a strategic partnership with HSE University Saint Petersburg, Russia, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during HSE University International Partners’ Week 2026, held from 18–22 May 2026 in Saint Petersburg.

The MoU was formally signed on 20 May 2026. HSE University Saint Petersburg was represented by Dr. Anna Tyshetskaya, Vice Rector, while Krirk University was represented by Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem, Vice President for International Affairs.

Representing Krirk University throughout the programme were Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem, Vice President for International Affairs; Dr. Chanidapha Nunualvuttiwong, Director of International Affairs; and Dr. Hlaing Minn Khant, Head of Academic Division, International Affairs.

Following the signing ceremony, the Krirk University delegation held strategic discussions with HSE University leaders, including Dr. Anna Tyshetskaya; Dr. Elena Odoevskaia, Vice Rector of HSE University Moscow; Associate Professor Dr. Dmitry Kharshak, Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design; and Mr. Svyatoslav Kvartalnov, Director of the Representative Offices Department.

The discussions focused on student and faculty exchange, joint workshops, academic mobility, collaborative projects, and future initiatives in Art and Design. Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem also participated in executive-level discussions and leadership forums alongside university leaders from around the world.
