The International College of Aviation and Aerospace, in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs of Krirk University, visited the Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) in Singapore to engage in an academic discussion on the development of an international aviation curriculum and to explore future academic collaboration between the two institutions.
The Krirk University delegation was led by:
- Capt. Dr. Aumpol Kumvilai, Dean of the International College of Aviation and Aerospace.
- Dr. Chanidapha Nunualvuttiwong, Assistant to the Chairman for International Education Development, Director of International Affairs.
- Mr. Phitchayut Neramitkanthon, Head of the Aviation Industry Program (English Program).
- Dr. Nattalie Shinkoi, Lecturer, International College of Aviation and Aerospace.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by:
- Dr. Zhang Xuwei, President of Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM)
- Dr. Raymond Khoo, Vice President of Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM)
During the visit, the delegation toured NIM’s classrooms, learning spaces, and educational facilities, gaining valuable insights into the institute’s academic environment and international approach to teaching and learning.
From the academic discussions, Krirk University gained several key insights, including:
- Strategies for developing globally aligned aviation programs
- Perspectives on academic management and institutional leadership
- Opportunities for future collaboration through joint activities, student exchange, and faculty mobility
This visit marks another important step for Krirk University in expanding its international academic network and advancing the quality of aviation education in Thailand to meet global standards.
