        Before joining Krirk University in Thailand, I worked in corporate finance in China, emphasizing practical teaching and early career planning. Drawing on the University of Toronto’s curriculum, I independently designed assignments and exams, increasing student mastery of core knowledge by 30%. More students now plan to take the Junior Accountant Qualification Exam. My efforts are recognized by department leaders and colleagues.

        To improve interaction, I use biweekly quizzes and Tencent surveys to gather feedback and offer one-on-one career guidance. Group PPT presentations help enhance self-promotion and academic expression of 80% students.

        I enhance students’ experience through digital tools including electronic writing boards, online accounting simulation software (T3), and AI Deepseek assisted video creation. I first used the mobile app’s answer sheet scoring system, which shortened the scoring time to 5 seconds and reduced the error rate.
