On April 30, the award-winning exhibition of the first “Velasquez Painting & Sculpture Competition” and the award ceremony of the competition were held at the Hongqiao Museum of Contemporary Art in Shanghai, and Shi Fu’s work “Spring Sun”, a student from Krirk University, was awarded the second prize in the sculpture category.

It is reported that the “Velazquez Painting & Sculpture Competition” is organized by the Seville City Hall and the Classic Hub Global Art Network. Since its launch, the competition has received enthusiastic response and extensive support from artists and all walks of life, and the organizers received more than 1,500 entries, with 52 finalists.

Shi Fu’s winning work embodies the warmth of the countryside in spring, shapes the happiness of ordinary Chinese people, records an ordinary moment, shows a great era, and helps China dialogue with the world with art in this international competition.
