The British International College (BIC), Krirk University<\/strong>, organized the New Student Orientation for the Academic Year 2026<\/strong> at the International Conference Center and the University Gymnasium, Krirk University<\/strong>. The event aimed to prepare new students for their academic journey and help them better understand university life. University executives, faculty members, staff, and new students participated in the event.<\/p>

The morning session began with an opening ceremony honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornpan Jantarothai, President of Krirk University<\/strong>, and Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem, Vice President for International Affairs<\/strong>, who warmly welcomed the new students and officially opened the event. The ceremony also included a garland presentation and a commemorative group photo.<\/p>

Following the opening ceremony, Dr. John Walsh, Dean of the British International College<\/strong>, delivered a presentation introducing the college and providing an overview of its academic programs. Faculty members from various undergraduate and graduate programs also provided guidance on teaching, learning, and academic expectations.<\/p>

The orientation also featured informative sessions from various university units, including:<\/p>

\u2708\ufe0f An introduction to the International College of Aviation and Aerospace (ICAA)<\/strong> and the International Islamic College Bangkok (IICB)<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83d\udcbb An introduction to the university\u2019s information systems<\/strong> by Dr. Rahat Izar, Director of the ICT Program<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83d\udec2 Guidance on immigration regulations and requirements for staying in Thailand<\/strong> by officers from the Immigration Bureau<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83c\udf0f Information on international cooperation and services for international students<\/strong> by Mr. Francis Augustine Frank<\/strong> from the Office of International Affairs (IAO)<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83d\udcda Information on library services, academic resources, and research tools<\/strong> by Dr. Kobkulya Ngamcharoenmongkol, Director of the Library<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83c\udf93 Information on student benefits, services, and activities<\/strong> by the Student Affairs Division<\/strong><\/p>

In the afternoon, the activities moved to the University Gymnasium<\/strong>, where new students participated in ice-breaking and relationship-building activities<\/strong> organized by the Student Affairs Division<\/strong>.
